John O’Connor

Mr. O’Connor graduated from Purdue University in 1985 with a degree in Organizational Communications. He completed graduate courses in organizational leadership and business development and is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives. John is a Core Group member of Monida Healthcare Network and serves on multiple civic boards, including Missoula Parks & Recreation Board. An experienced medical practice executive, John has worked in healthcare administration, operations, and governance for nearly three decades.

John has served in leadership positions in his field at both the state and national level. He was named the 2018 Montana Medical Practice Leader of the year, and is a ZERO Ambassador in the fight against prostate cancer. In addition to his medical practice experience, John has previously been part of three medical startups and a practice management consultancy. When not working or volunteering, John enjoys beekeeping, Ultimate Frisbee, hiking, and all Montana and the mountain west have to offer with his wife, children, and three crazy dogs.
